This collaborative project was developed as part of the UX/UI Design course by Edit Disruptive Digital Education, in 2019. We were assigned to  rethink the transportation system used in Portal Viva, and to develop three major digital deliverables: a mobile app, and a desktop website and a resposive mobile website. 

To understand the characteristics of each item, we conducted a deep user-centered research to identify new problems and user needs, and to create a rich and satisfying new user experience for the user. Our complete scope of work included: benchmark and user-centered research; heuristic evaluation; analysis of questionnaires and interviews; definition of personas and affinity maps; identification of user needs and user journeys; wireframing and prototyping; design of digital interfaces and experiences; development of motion graphics, icons, and digital illustration.
